I carry more than skills—I carry a story of survival, courage, and second chances. Five years ago, after enduring four strokes, I found myself learning makeup with hands I couldn’t fully feel. What could have been the end of my confidence became the beginning of my purpose. Every brushstroke reminds me that I’m still here, still fighting, and still capable of creating beauty in the world.
My 19-year-old pushed me to step into the light again, and because of that, I discovered how much I love encouraging other women—especially those who feel overlooked or unsure—to believe in themselves. I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself… and I know the power of finding them again.
I show up with my whole heart, grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow, and uplift others. I’m not defined by what tried to break me—I’m defined by how I rose. And I bring that strength, compassion, and resilience into everything I do.

Shimmer is a true Glamazon, standing a radiant 6’3” — but don’t be intimidated, she’s a gentle giant with a heart as sparkling as her name. Wherever she goes, she brings light with her. From cascading glitter to dazzling rhinestones, Shimmer doesn’t just enter a room… she illuminates it.
Her passions run deep: the artistry of makeup, the escape of a good book, and the quiet joy of time spent with her beloved dog, Oliver. Shimmer lives to inspire, to shine, and to remind everyone around her that there is always room for a little more sparkle in the world.

Hello, my name is Theresa Perez. I’m a proud wife, a mother to five beautiful children, and a grateful grandma to one precious grandson. My love for makeup began when I was just a little girl, watching my mother get ready and transform herself with just a few strokes of her brushes. At 11 years old, I picked up my first eyeliner and mascara—and that was the moment my journey truly began.
As I grew older, that curiosity turned into passion. I read everything I could about makeup, practiced techniques, and discovered the magic it holds. To me, makeup isn’t just color on a face—it’s art, it’s expression, it’s confidence. It’s the freedom to become who you want to be, to let your imagination fly beyond limits.
I love learning, sharing advice, meeting new people, and being a supportive friend along the way. Makeup, to me, is like a butterfly—beautiful, transformative, and always evolving. And so am I.
